Job description - 40 hours per week

Working alongside the kitchen manager you will make a diverse selection of confectionery, help to set up and develop our bakery, to produce all our products to company specs and to have new and creative ideas for future products.


To produce quality confectionery products using our CPU recipes and specs

To produce bakery items that are relevant throughout the year i.e. Easter, Christmas etc Produce current fresh product range to a good standard

Use your own initiative in creating new products as well as working out all costings Carry out bakery tasks set out for you by your Kitchen Manager

Ensure safe food preparation and service, the correct storage & labelling of food and produce bakery goods to the recipe specifications provided.

To be a good communicator within the business.

Clean thoroughly always and ensure routine cleaning is completed

To follow all health and safety requirements set out by the company

To use all equipment and machinery safely and maintain it in good condition. To use all the systems and processes set out by the company.

To record all relevant checks and information on our iauditor system To open and close the kitchen by following all guidelines set out.
