Contract: Permanent, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week

As a Food Production Operative in our Central Kitchen, you’ll be the heart and soul of our brand, creating unforgettable products for every guest.
What You Will Bring:
Quality Production: Produce high-quality products delivered every night to our stores.

Food Safety: Adherence to all food production safety standards.
Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards and ensure accurate product preparation.
Versatility: Work in various roles and be split across prep, organising and making products in mass, preparing and packing products ready for stores on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality products for delivery to all our stores overnight.
- Maintain excellent standards for our fresh product range.
- Ensure safe food preparation, storage, and labeling.
- Communicate effectively with the team to work to specific production deadlines.
- Perform thorough cleaning and complete routine cleaning tasks.
- Comply with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Use all company systems and processes.
- Record relevant checks and information on our iauditor system.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a food production environment is advantageous but not necessary, as full training is provided.
