Contracted Hours - 40 hours a week

Salary - £21,700

Location - Partington - Relocating to Warrington 2022

Holiday - 5.6 Weeks pro rata

The Coffee House

We are looking for someone to join an exciting business who began its story in 2011 in the small Cheshire village of Lymm. Two brothers who oozed passion and with a strong vision to change the way people Eat, Drink and Relax, opened their first coffee house that made great coffee and served a small, classic menu which was made with local produce. Today, The Coffee House is established in 8 communities (and counting), serving thousands of people every week with a substantial range of products which has quadrupled over the years. The Coffee House has a family of employees who have been chosen as they demonstrate the behaviors and qualities we need to succeed in developing the business and continuously ensure excellent customer service is delivered to our customer.

The Role

This role is to oversee the production of high quality and large volumes of products for our stores across the North West. Using ingredients which are sourced from local and independent suppliers who support the local economy but also ensure we receive fresh, high quality produce.

You must be able to work well under pressure, produce work to the highest of standards and have an eye for detail and quality.

You will have the responsibility of leading, coaching and managing the team. The company is expanding rapidly and the successful candidate will be involved in us transitioning from our unit in Partington to a new custom built facility in Warrington (next to IKEA)

Key Responsibilities

Produce high volumes of products daily and to ensure smooth running of food production.

Ordering externally and internally ensuring effective stock purchase using our systems in place

To monitor quality control.

A good understanding of HACCP and to use our food management system set out by the company.

Good communication skills and the ability to supervise people.

To follow all companies systems and processes

Experience Required

Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role

Experience of working in a kitchen or the hospitality industry

Experience in working in a busy food production environment

Ideally someone who can drive due to the company moving to new premises in Warrington.

This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead from the front.
