We are seeking a dedicated Internal Recruiter to help us identify and attract the exceptional talent that will drive our business forward.

As our Internal Recruiter, you will be pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence within our stores by spotting and securing top talent. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and bespoke candidate experience while collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities;

- Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including engaging adverts, social media, referrals, and networking.

- Manage all aspects of interview scheduling, working closely with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.

- Conduct all necessary pre-employment checks to ensure candidate suitability.

- Carry out job offer processes for successful candidates, ensuring clarity and alignment with company standards.

- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.

- Work towards targets and objectives to support our growth and recruitment strategy.

- Develop and maintain effective communication with all internal departments to align recruitment efforts with business needs.

- Ensure that company procedures and processes are consistently followed throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

- Create and regularly engage with talent pools of suitable and diverse candidates to ensure a strong pipeline.

- Conduct role briefs with hiring managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of role requirements, facilitating the selection of a strong shortlist for pre-screening.

- Support hiring managers in making informed decisions regarding selection methodologies, including interviews, testing, and assessment centers.

- Negotiate job offers, send relevant paperwork, and ensure the onboarding process is completed efficiently.

Experience 

- Proven experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
