About Us

At The Coffee House, we’re more than just a coffee shop—we’re a community hub where great coffee meets great experiences. Founded in 2011 by two brothers with a vision for premium, locally-driven coffee culture, we remain proudly independent. We roast our coffee in-house, prepare our food in our central Warrington facilities, and deliver fresh to our stores daily.

As we gear up to expand to 40 stores by the end of 2025, we’re looking for a driven and personable IT Support & Data Analyst to join our growing team at our Warrington head office.

The Role

As our IT Support & Data Analyst, you will be pivotal in ensuring our IT infrastructure supports business growth while leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to maintain technical systems, manage store IT setups, and extract meaningful insights through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and run SQL queries to extract, analyse, and interpret business data.

Use multi-language programming skills to support data processing and automation.

Build and maintain internal API integrations to streamline data connectivity across platforms.

Provide hands-on IT support, including infrastructure setup and troubleshooting.

Establish and manage an IT Help Desk ticketing system to track and resolve technical issues.

Coordinate all IT setup and readiness for new store openings.

Manage asset tagging, tracking, and the wider IT asset register.

Identify and mitigate data security risks; ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.

Use tools like DOMO to create interactive dashboards and visual reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in an IT support-related role.

Proficient in SQL with a good understanding of multi-language programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

Experience with API development and system integrations.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Full UK driving licence (essential due to occasional travel to store locations).

Why Join Us?

Be part of a fast-growing, independent company that values innovation and community.

Work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Influence real business decisions with your insights and expertise.

Enjoy great coffee… every day!

Ready to brew something amazing with us? Apply today and bring your skills to the table at The Coffee House.
