Location: 6-8 Cherry Square, Liscard, Wallasey CH44 5XU
Hours: Part Time, minimum of 10 hours per week
Salary: Up to £12.80 per hour (dependent on age and experience)

A day in the life of a Coffee House Team Member :
Customer Service Excellence
- Create memorable, personalised experiences for every customer, bringing passion, purpose and care to every interaction.
- Provide fast, friendly and efficient service while proactively anticipating customer needs.
Product Expert
- Prepare and serve a wide range of food and beverage items to brand specifications, maintaining our high standards of quality across all products.
- Provide expert guidance and tailored recommendations by leveraging product knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Combine individual strengths with shared goals to ensure smooth daily operations and team success.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, supportive and high-performing team environment.
Communication Skills
- Communicate clearly, confidently and respectfully with customers and team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Share relevant updates and feedback with colleagues and management to support smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Problem Solving & Adaptability
- Proactively support service by stepping in where needed and demonstrating flexibility across all roles.
