Job description

As our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all of our marketing and design departments within our

company. This will be a hands-on role delivering the company's marketing strategy and subsequent setting the

annual plan alongside the managing director. This is a varied role to include management of all social media

platforms, PR, communications and leading the brand presence by creating & implementing strategies that can

be utilised across each area within your teams.

Staffordshire, We opened our first store in Lymm village in 2011 with the vision to change the way people eat,

drink and relax and have been continuing to grow the business ever since! We are a forward thinking company,

be everyone’s ‘go to’ coffee brand.

Key Responsibilities

● Own and lead all communication throughout the business both internally and externally, including

promotional content, PR, social media and company newsletters.

● Design and implement a marketing strategy, working closely with the marketing team to set out an

annual marketing structure based around yearly targets and KPI’s.

● Work closely with the New Store Opening Team with the pre opening and postopening customer

engagement.

- Liaising and engaging with Councils and local businesses

- Be in store the week of opening to support completing surveys and customer engagement.

- Engage with local businesses, councils and guests by offering sampling boxes.

● Be the main point of contact for all customer relation enquiries.

- Managing Google business reviews

- Answer and respond to all phone and email enquiries.

- Referring all relevant complaints to the area manager/ head of stores.

● Working closely with the creative team to create and implement a strategic plan around posts to

maximise our online presence.

Requirements for the Position

● Full uk driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

● Previous experience in a marketing role ideally from a hospitality or retail environment.

● Be available to work 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days depending on the needs of the business.
