The Coffee House is proud to announce an exciting new position as a Team member in our coffee shop, based in Bolton. The store provides a fun, yet busy and relaxed environment for everyone.

The Coffee House is a chain of independent coffee shops based across the North West and North Staffordshire, We opened our first store in Lymm village in 2011 with the vision to change the way people eat, drink and relax and have been continuing to grow the business ever since! We are a forward thinking company, priding ourselves on new and innovative ways of working. We bring passion, individuality and quality to all of our stores. We have a vision for growth, but want to maintain our independent values and continue to aim to be everyone’s ‘go to’ coffee brand.

Passion for coffee: Our coffee is the heart of our business and is all produced in our very own roastery. We ensure that fresh tasting coffee is served by our trained baristas each and every day.

Bakehouse: We have a highly skilled team of bakers who ensure that all the products whether that is the bread we use for sandwiches or our quality confectionery are consistently made to a high quality for our guests to enjoy.

Cookhouse: All of our products are handcrafted in our newly built production kitchen every day to ensure our guests get the best possible products, using ingredients that are specially selected from local and independent suppliers.

About you

As a Team Member you will be the face of our brand and ensure that you give an exceptional guest experience and represent the brand by promoting all of the company's core values.

What you will bring:

You will provide an exceptional and genuine guest experience for everyone and ensure you follow our vision of changing the way everyone eats, drinks and relaxes, whether that be ensuring we greet all our guests with big hello’s the moment they walk in or recommending your favourite product for someone to try.

You will ensure our standards around product quality and store cleanliness remain excellent.

You will need to have a strong understanding about the products that we sell in order to confidently advise our guest

Ensure high levels of safety and care in mind when using company equipment.

To undertake any other duties that may be required from you while you work for The Coffee House, which could include opening and closing stores where required.
