About You:

Are you ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm to our team? Whether you're a seasoned barista or a coffee connoisseur in the making, we want you! As a Coffee House Team Leader, you’ll be essential to our store’s success. Acting as the cornerstone of our business, you’ll support the Store Manager in ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience, all whilst helping our team achieve their full potential.

  • Team Support: Assist the Store Manager in fostering a positive work environment, managing shifts efficiently, and ensuring the team prioritises the guest experience.

  • Training & Development: Support the Store Manager in training and developing team members to meet high standards and deliver excellent service.

  • Key Holder Responsibility: Take on additional responsibilities for store security and operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.

  • Order Processing: Process daily orders accurately, keeping shelves stocked and guests satisfied.

  • Quality & Cleanliness Ambassador: Uphold high standards of product quality and store cleanliness for an exceptional guest experience.

  • Safety Sentinel: Ensure safety protocols are followed, keeping both team and guests safe.

  • Jack (or Jill) of All Trades: When the unexpected arises, you'll be ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in, tackling any task with enthusiasm and efficiency.
