Hours: Part Time, minimum of 30 hours per week

Salary: Up to £12.80 per hour (dependent on age and experience)

A typical day as a Team Member

● Welcome customers with a smile and create a friendly, positive first impression.

● Respond to customer questions, feedback, and concerns professionally and proactively.

● Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food to our brand’s high standards.

● Operate the till and handle cash and card payments accurately.

● Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

● Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

● Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.

● Work collaboratively with your team to deliver efficient service, especially during busy periods.

● Communicate clearly with colleagues and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.

● Take initiative to step in and address issues, support colleagues, or work flexibly when gaps are identified.

● Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in every interaction.

● Support other reasonable duties as directed by the manager.
